Kishore Shah is a seasoned Talent Analyst and Organization Development professional with 25 years of experience. He holds a B.E. (Electrical) with Honors, PG Diplomas in HRM and Organization Studies, and a Master Certification in Talent Analytics from Chally, Ohio, USA.
Presently he is on the Academic Accreditation Board for Don Bosco College of Engineering, Management nominee for Sharada Mandir School – Kadamba and Board of Studies for Mathematics – Chowgule College.He is also member of National Innovation Start Up policy for Goa University and Lead Mentor at Fiire Incubator (catalysed & supported by NSTEBD Division – Dept of Science & Technology) Active in academia, he contributed to curriculum planning at Chowgule College and served on various academic boards. He founded the “Goa CSR Awards” and is the Managing Trustee of GDP Foundation, spearheading programs for rural youth development. He authored three books on transformation and agility and received the Business Goa Corporate Excellence Award and Limca Book of Records recognition. A lead mentor at FiiRE incubator (NSTEDB), Kishore was recently awarded Tarun Samarthya Samman Puraskar by the Rotary Club of Dona Paula (Goa) for building 650 Social Start Ups.
Over last decade, Kishore has been a trusted strategy consultant for green field projects, scaling organizations, infusing sustainability and enabling holistic
growth and development of organizations.
Prasad has worked for around 18 years in some of the country’s top creative agencies and broadcast networks like FCB Ulka, Ambience Publicis, CNBC, Neo Sports, and Sony, where he has shaped brands such as Mahindra Auto, Mahindra Tractors, Mahindra Gesco, Citibank, Raheja Group’s The Resort, Novotel, Radisson Blu, NASCAR, MotoGP, PGA, and WTA, among others.
After gathering experience in the corporate sector, Prasad decided to branch out on his own. His first major project was The Great Indian World Trip, in which he raveled to 50 countries in one Toyota Fortuner along with two expedition rivers from Delhi, and produced a 10-part travel series for Discovery Travel and
Living..
After relocating to Goa from Mumbai in 2020, Prasad has worked extensively with the Goa State Innovation Council, Mineral Foundation Goa, Goa Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development, and the Forum for Innovation Incubation Research and Entrepreneurship to help them recreate their brand perception using films as a medium.
Prasad has been instrumental in making GDP’s Foundation Parivartan Karo Na and Talking Talukas a resounding success in the state of Goa. He has also played an important role in revamping the brand image of Goa News Hub, making it one of Goa’s top three digital portals.
Over the years, Prasad has helped brands grow, startups flourish, corporations turn around, and NGOs become financially stable.
